Workyou ll do/Responsibilities

-{PS..0}-> -{PS..1}->Perform data assessments and statistical analyses to support project teams

-{PS..2}-> -{PS..3}->Build and refine predictive models and simulation models to provide forward-looking insights and scenario analyses for clients

-{PS..4}-> -{PS..5}->Develop solutions to automate and industrialize analytics techniques to accelerate both internal and client project teams

-{PS..6}-> -{PS..7}->Apply predictive analytics models to solve business problems or add value to clients; further advance analytics skills through continuous learning

-{PS..8}-> -{PS..9}->Develop, maintain, and communicate progress reporting of data management activities

-{PS..10}-> -{PS..11}->Support basic data analyses and visualization to support product data insights

-{PS..12}-> -{PS..13}->Interact with client data leads as required

Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systemsdesigners, architects, integrators, analytics experts, to creative digitalexperts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All worktogether on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions andmethodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. Qualifications

Required

-{PS..14}-> -{PS..15}->Bachelor s (Masters preferred) in STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent and3 to 5years of applied data management / analytics experience

-{PS..16}-> -{PS..17}->1-3 years experience in product development or supply chain

-{PS..18}-> -{PS..19}->1-3 years of statistical analysis and modeling in business context

-{PS..20}-> -{PS..21}->Experience designing and performing analytics to support business decisions

-{PS..22}-> -{PS..23}->Ability to identify, troubleshoot and mentor teams to problem solve complex business issues

-{PS..24}-> -{PS..25}->Develop and create presentations within data analysis software, including Tableau, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Access

-{PS..26}-> -{PS..27}-> Must be willing to live and work in Gilbert, AZ area.

Preferred

-{PS..28}-> -{PS..29}->Master s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related business discipline

-{PS..30}-> -{PS..31}->Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-{PS..34}-> -{PS..35}->Statistics Package (e.g. Minitab, SPSS Statistics, STATA, etc.)
