Deloitte Sr. Workday Financials Reporting Lead - Senior Solution Specialist - USDC in Gilbert, Arizona

Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday report design and development.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.

  • 6 years of experience with EPM Reporting workstreams.

  • 6 years of Financial reporting and dashboard creation.

  • Working knowledge of Financial Reports.

  • Workday Financials Certification required.

  • Expert understanding financial statemants.

  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for clients.

  • Experience in Workday Reporting with knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with Financials Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Assets, Projects , Grants, Customer Accounts and Banking.

  • Experience in Workday Report Designer, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.

  • Demonstrate design options using prototyping.

  • Configure and test reports in the Workday system.

  • Experience with financial systems and procedures, verification of data and solid understanding of financial statements and concepts.

  • Expert understanding of multi-dimensional data modeling.

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial practices and procedures.

  • Able to develop the reports independently based on the business requirements.

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

Experience within Workday or similar SaaS based ERP packages.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems and ability to effectively apply a broad range of professional concepts, practices and methods in diverse circumstances.

Excellent Excel skills.

Experience in adavance Reporting like Workday PRISM.
