Workyou ll do/Responsibilities
Demonstrateleadership guiding teams on source to contract, category management as itpertains to sourcing and procurement processes
Manageteams on category knowledge in the IT Category
Leadmultiple teams on the execution and delivery on delivery of large sourcingprojects end to end
Validateefficiencies specific to TCO (total cost of ownership) analysis and marketresearch to develop robust sourcing strategies and recommendations.
Teach andmentor teams to synthesize data findings into actionable insights, deliverablesand robust sourcing strategies
Mentorteams on the creation of project plans and provide insight on the execution ofthe sourcing strategy
Buildmaintain and manage relationships with key client stakeholders
Manageprocess for working with client suppliers to identify continuous costimprovement opportunities
Leadprocess discussion with client stakeholders to identify improvementopportunities
Scheduleand lead presentations on project results including identified savings andrecommendations to client executives
Create andexplain score cards that provide in depth analysis on sourcing results to guideclient decisions
Act assubject matter expert on all sourcing to contract activities for both internaland client stakeholders
Delegateaction to teams to address escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction
Finalizeconsulting decisions by guiding teams through large complex negotiations andcontracting process
Manage,coach and lead teams of sourcing resources focused on a specific categories
Create,develop and expand category eminence, strategies/services to demonstrateDeloitte s expertise and market presence

Master in BusinessAdministration and or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, OperationsManagement, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, InformationTechnology, or equivalent experience
10 years of experience in sourcing, suppliermanagement, category management or industry Deep experience with categoryknowledge in of one or more indirect/ direct categories (e.g. IT, Telecom, HR,Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.)
Proven track record of leading sourcing teams to successimplementing and delivering large strategic sourcing projects
Strong projectmanagement skills
Manage teams inthe development of score cards and provideguidance on the analysis of sourcing results to guide client decisions
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadershipskills to mentor and coach sourcing teams on sourcing project execution
Highly proficientworking with MS Office suite (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
Hands on experiencewith e-Sourcing tools such as Coupa and Ariba
Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ area
Must have ability to travel up to 20%
Ability to mentor and lead multiple sourcing project teams todeliver task assignments on or before deadlines
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with theability to exercise mature judgment
Deep exposure with visualization tools such as:Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Perceptive, R, SAS, MS Visio
Ability to foster relationship with client stakeholders
Deep business process design and analytics skills
5 years of relevantprior consulting and/or industry experience
