Workyou ll do/Responsibilities

Basic understanding ofsource to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing andprocurement processes

Exposure in one or more indirect / direct categories (e.g. IT,Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.)

Execute small to mediumsized sourcing projects

-{PS..0}->Work with client stakeholder to understand and documents their requirements

Ability to analyze data andprovide suggestions on actionable insights, deliverables and sourcingstrategies

Support team to developproject plans and drive the execution of the sourcing strategy

Work within team to help suppliers identify continuous cost improvementopportunities

-{PS..1}->Assist in low complexity negotiations and support contracting process

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management,STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement and suppliermanagement , category management orindustry environment with a demonstrated track record of results

Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills

Able to work in a team-orientedenvironment

Exposure withprocesses specific to source to contracts projects

Help in thedevelopment of score cards and analyze sourcing results to guide client decisions

Proficientworking with MS Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)

Proven ability to work creativelyand analytically in a problem-solving environment

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills

Must be willing to live and workin the Orlando, FL or Gilbert, AZ area

Must be willing to travel up to20%

Preferred

Post-graduate degree preferred

Experience working with customers andsuppliers

Ability to delivertask assignments on or before deadlines

-{PS..2}->Relevant prior consulting and/or industry experience

Previous experience utilizing e-Sourcing tools such Coupa and Ariba is aplus

Exposure to analytics software such as Tableau and or Qlikview

Knowledge of one or more indirect/direct categories (e.g.IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel,etc.)
