Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Gilbert, AZ and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR, Time and Payroll-related technology solutions. Assisting clients in addressing complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Capital function through leading-edge systems and processes. Designing, building and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structures that improve the HR functional alignment to business objectives and achieve business results. Participating in HR technology implementations through planning, requirement gathering, process design, gap/fit analysis, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, developing use cases, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defining support procedures. Leading Employee Central, Time and Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors implementations stream from configuration perspective. Leading integration of SAP/SuccessFactors with internal and external HR systems and ensuring accurate adherence of SuccessFactors application to business objectives and practices. Developing business process design and technical workshops for clients and evaluating their experience with technology in order to introduce solutions and perform system modifications. Supporting the team in designing testing cycles and test scripts and reporting on testing progress to stakeholders using HP Quality Center (HPQC). Delivering large migrations of legacy Human Capital Management (HCM) systems into SAP SuccessFactors. Planning the execution of cutover strategies and go-live support environments for SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Developing Organizational Change Management (OCM) work streams and end-user training manuals for SAP projects. Managing resources by leading workshops, mentoring staff, and providing guidance regarding career development. Supervising teams in creating detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs using User Interface (UI) design, MS Excel, and data-driven mapping procedures. Serving as a liaison with clients, business users, functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and processes and to translate data to functional and technical documents. Contributing to planning of the project delivery strategy, deliverables, work plans, and status reporting.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Working across all phases of Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover and post go-live support;
Implementing SAP Success Factors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Time Management;
Reviewing and finalizing workshop materials and driving requirement gathering by conducting design workshops and confirming client business processes;
Creating functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, technical objects, test strategy documents, test plans and assisting in the testing efforts across modules;
Executing projects with Agile Methodology using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
Working on the implementation of various modules with regards to a general system from a SuccessFactors Business-to-Business Exchange (BizX) platform;
Conducting detailed analysis in areas of Time Management and Payroll Administration to draw conclusions and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations based on client business process and requirements;
Presenting content that addresses clients needs in solutioning HR processes and system design in SuccessFactors - Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll by utilizing industry knowledge and technical expertise in implementing SuccessFactors.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
