Work you'll do
As a Training Design, Development and Delivery Senior Solution Specialist in the Organization Transformation practice of Deloitte's USDC Human Capital group, you will perform the following job responsibilities:
Align and support our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment and Excellence)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
An understanding of the concepts used to design and develop Training and Implementation materials
Previous experience with a systems/technology implementation, focusing on systems training, technology adoption and change management techniques
Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through internships, professional organizations, volunteer work, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
Experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring team members
Work well with others in a team environment
Thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Pay strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through
Demonstrate creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility

Qualifications
Required:
Completed Bachelor's degree in related field of study (business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior or psychology), or equivalent experience
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in a training environment
Background in Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
Demonstrated training material design, development and delivery experience
Experience leading teams, coaching and mentoring team members
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for storytelling
Experience in the consulting or advisory fields
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
Project management and workplan development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Travel up to 10% annually
Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Master's Degree business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior or psychology
Cloud Experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Experience with change management and communication strategies
Strong Authoring Tool background (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, EnableNow, Walkme, uPerform)
Strong creative, writing, editing, organizational, and strategic planning skills and a willingness to learn from others
Ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Security Clearance
