Senior Solution Manager Workforce Insights Client Experience

Workforce Insights is new technology-enabled people analytics offering that is focused on changing the manner in which we engage with our Human Capital clients. By embedding the Workforce Insights platform into our client s data ecosystem, we provide organizational insights coupled with access to our people analytics experts on an ongoing basis, enabling our clients to make fact-based decisions and know, not guess, how to compose and activate the workforce of the future.

Work you ll do

As the Senior Solution Manager - Workforce Insights Client Experience, you will be responsible for cultivating and enabling the relationship between Deloitte and our Workforce Insights clients. The right candidate will develop relationships across the Workforce Insights Platform, throughout Human Capital-as-a-Service, and across our Human Capital Offering Portfolio. You will help generate client impact and market Deloitte services driving customer success.

Responsibilities:

Building trusted relationships with key client executives

Navigating various levels within the client organization

Delivering differentiated client experiences

Enabling the client to fully utilize the power of the Workforce Insights Platform and the impact it can make on their business

Driving the vision and managing the execution for Client Experience with a relentless focus on consistency, quality, and scalability

Acting as a key leader within the Workforce Insights team both internally and externally

Leading from a position of influence and managing stakeholders across the organization

Representing the voice of the client in development of new product requirements and features

Identifying and leading the pursuit of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Managing a team of resources located both in the US and India

Managing overall client engagement financial performance

Based out of our US Delivery Centers in Lake Mary Florida or Gilbert Arizona, you will work with the Deloitte Consulting organization to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. If not local to one of these locations, we can help by providing relocation assistance depending on how far you are moving.

Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree

  • Deep Operations and Application Management Services experience including case/incident management, analytics and reporting, enhancement support, and product release management support

  • Superior knowledge of HR functions & processes

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the client organization

  • Strong customer service and client account management skills

  • Experience with HR reporting, HR data model, HRMS data structures or other HR reporting and analytics areas

  • Knowledge of HR data warehouse and/or data lake concepts

  • Must work out of the USDC Offices (Lake Mary, FL or Gilbert, AZ)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree

  • External consulting experience

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI

  • Experience managing mid-to-large sized teams
