Work you'll do
As a Communications Senior Solution Specialist in the Organization Transformation practice of Deloitte's USDC Human Capital team, you will perform the following job responsibilities:
Align and support our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment, and Excellence)
Develop and support communication plans and approaches for commercial and government clients
Ensure plans and approaches are accurate, align with industry standards, and incorporate Deloitte's best practices
Structure and conduct interviews and other fact-finding research efforts and synthesize findings into key points
Manage communications workstreams and teams from initial client meetings through development, review, revision, production, distribution, and evaluation
Identify and recommend creative ideas that deliver on strategic goals
Execute a variety of communications campaigns, including awareness, branding, launch, social, and more
Create a broad range of communication materials for a variety of audiences across multiple communication channels, including print, digital, multimedia, social networks, and web
Develop a variety of engaging, well-designed communications materials, including emails, infographics, podcasts, video scripts, responsive email templates, social media posts, website wireframes, and other digital/multimedia deliverables
Work with designers to develop graphic identities and approaches
Proofread/edit communications deliverables and provide quality control
Monitor communication plan, analyze key metrics, and optimize for continued campaign improvement
Balance multiple assignments and schedule workload to meet established deadlines
Manage client relationships and facilitate client sessions, workshops, and interviews
Develop project workplans and timelines, document assumptions and dependencies, identify risks, suggest mitigation strategies, and manage workplans to execution
Experience leading teams, coaching, and mentoring team members
Work well with others in a team environment

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or other related field; or equivalent experience
6+ years of related professional experience in communications, change management or other related fields
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for storytelling
Strong creative, writing, editing, organizational, and strategic planning skills and a willingness to learn from others
Experience with change management and communication strategies
Experience in the consulting or advisory fields
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
Project management and workplan development experience
Presentation experience and understanding of digital, print, and video communication channels
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Travel 10% Annually
Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Master's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field
Experience with social marketing and mobile communications campaigns
Experience with video development tools (Vyond, Videoscribe, Adobe Premiere)
Experience with audio development tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition)
Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign)
Experience with Google Suite
Ability and willingness to acquire U.S. Security Clearance preferred, but not required
