Will work with teams on activities such as the following:
Contribute to the growth and development of Deloitte's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) offering.
Architect enterprise, customer and operating model strategies
Advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures
Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences, to create sustaining competitive advantage, that leverage emerging digital and cognitive technologies
Should have worked in strong support/upgrade/maintenance projects
Interaction with Subject Matter Experts / plant users / various stake holders for AS- IS study of current landscape and define, design TO-BE plan for MES
Act as technical and solution architect for fast paced supply chain projects.
Design and development of Integration with systems like Plant control systems, ERP, PLM, APS, and LIMS is considered an advantage.
Basic functional understanding of Level 3 and Level 4 systems.
Basic understanding of BOM, Manufacturing Work Plans, MBOM and BOP is needed.
Installation, Development, configuration, testing and deployment of the MES solution
Application development in MES using standard features and customization using VBA and C#.NET, VB.NET (Expertise needed)
Good working knowledge of Database like SQL Server 2008/2012. SQL Store Procedures
Guide individual project teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations
Provide Industry standard best practices and align Enterprise Architecture to MES Roadmap defined for the clients
Ability to assist in workshops for requirements validation, data model design and configuration validation
Provide technical work-around options to fill the gaps in the application/functional requirements
Support teams to develop proposals and eminence around MES solutions

6+ years of hands on experience with VBA and C#.NET, VB.NET.
1 year experience in the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) space
In touch with industry 4.0 trends, with emerging digital supply networks and exponential technologies, with industry automation tools and where the market and technology are pointing
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Must be willing to work/relocate to Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA.
Limited Sponsorship maybe available
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Current enrollment, or obtained a degree, in an MBA advanced degree program with 2+ years' work experience, preferably in a large company setting
Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
