Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for Blueprinting, Design, configuration, Planning, Testing of SAP Financial Products sub-ledger (FPSL) solution
Liaison with business and create accounting BRDs, functional and technical specifications for SAP FPSL
Should be able to work independently and in teams to drive the design solution for the projects
Should be able to perform effort estimation and effective planning (self and team)
The Team
Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.
We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:
Finance
Supply Chain
Customer and Sales Operations
Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)
Qualifications Required
Minimum 4 years’ relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in the Financial Services Industry
SAP Finance
FICO experience
Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Must be able to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA area
Preferred:
Project Management of multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations with SAP ASAP methodology framework and related business processes
Agile methodology
Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Greenfield implementation experience
S/4 HANA and Central Finance experience
Understanding of Insurance End to End Processes & Data Flows (Master & Transactional)
Familiar with ABAP Programming and HANA Modeling
Understanding of Financial Services Industry (Insurance) Data Model
Functional knowledge in the areas of financial accounting within the financial services industry. Familiar with multiple Accounting Standards within the Financial Services Industry (e.g. US GAAP, US STAT, IFRS17)
Familiar with Market Data in the SAP Framework - Foreign Currency, Interest Rates
Understanding of Integration from Non-SAP systems to S4HANA Finance
Familiar with Financial Services standard SAP Enterprise Structure. (e.g. Company Code, Chart of Accounts, Profit Center, and Insurance Extended Code Block)
