Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Work with teams to deliver Cognitive Robotics Software Automation Solutions
Understand and adapt toCognitive Robotics Software Automation Solutionsindustry technology changes and gain software development understanding of new automation solutions
Participate with development teams to innovateCognitive Robotics Software Automation Solutionsto enhance client environment and solve complex client software solution challenges
Work with development teams to deliver high quality work in client software environments

The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
Ability to consult and direct on clients needs for automation centered around business processes
2 years of IT experience in software development in developing web applications and client/server applications
Ability to lead and mentor teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
Plan, track, manage and lead small teams on short term sprints, and long term software deployments
2 years of Java or .Net development experience and the ability to work with both
2 years of experience with MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database background
One or more of the following
o Experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
o Experience in developing OCR solutions using Parascript, Kofax, DataCap, or any equivalent tool
o Experience in developing Chatbot solutions using Kore.AI, Amazon AI, Teneo, or any equivalent tool
Must be a US CITIZEN
Must have an active Secret Clearance
Must be willing to live and work in one of our Center locations:
Gilbert, AZ (Phoenix area)
Mechanicsburg, PA (Harrisburg area)
Lake Mary, FL (Orlando area)
Must be willing to travel up to 20%
Certifications in the following automation tools:UiPath, Blue Prism, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, Kofax, and or IpSoft Amelia preferred
Ability to perform basic code reviews and troubleshoot software development issues
Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities/multiple deliverables
