Deloitte Relativity Support Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona

Work you ll do

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices

Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management

Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment

Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope

Build and lead operations team supporting Disclosure Platform, an end-to-end workflow management platform, to ingest, process, review, and analyze unstructured data requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Work with product builders to develop SOPs and establish an operations team that will implement and operate the platform across multiple public sector and federal clients

Tasks will include help desk support, data processing and ingestion, configuration and implementation support, and developing and delivering training programs to clients

Qualifications

Required

Ability to maintain the required clearance for this role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Ability to work independently under general guidance

Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven

Professional oral and written communication skills

Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Advanced experience with Relativity

Experience in supporting clients during implementation and during normal operations

Experience developing SOP s, creating training materials, and delivering training programs

Preferred:

Must be willing to live and work in Gilbert, AZ

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Bachelor s Degree

Relativity Certification is Preferred, but not required
