Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Serve as development team lead, responsible for managing the quality review process for all development.
Mentor junior resources in standard/optimized code development and thorough testing practices.
Manage work to work plans for components on engagements.
Independently own a work-stream, review, and potentially direct the work of junior staff.
Develop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts.
Contribute to continuous development of methods and tools.
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutionspractice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy,through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation,to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client s business andcore environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital,Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digitaltransformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutionsto deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management.Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Professionals can expect to deliverheart of the business projects and work closely with client leaders infinance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering anddesign, IT, project management as well as the C-suite including the CEO, CFO,CIO and COO. We assess current business processes and capabilities as part ofdigital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities acrossclients enterprises.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience of Oracle Cloud / EBS P2P Implementation or Support
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
At least 6 years of service management and/or implementation experience.
Experienced in designing, developing, and testing updates and new enhancements within five or more of the technical areas of Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OBIEE Reports, Interfaces, SOA, Extensions, and Workflow.
Strong expertise with Portal (Web Center), JDeveloper, Oracle Apex and Oracle BI.
Experienced in performance tuning custom developed objects.
Solid understanding of RICE/FRICEW.
Working knowledge of other languages such as Java, Perl, Unix Shell Scripting.
Exposure to, and strong understanding of, Oracle EBS.
