As a Cloud Container Specialist, you will be taking on responsibilities based on project scope and current phase of the development program by utilizing the best practices of program and project management. Typical project will include development of workloads involving Containers.
Manage, lead and drive discussions with business and technical analysts and come up with technical architecture and design and help the team shape requirements and resolve ambiguities.
Participate and drive scoping and technical requirements gathering sessions with client stake holders.
Provide expert advice on cloud solution architectures, process, methodology.
Provide recommendations for cloud framework based on understanding of key requirements around legal, network and security
Establish technical design, templates and standards and ensure that the team follows them.
Run the daily calls / stand-up meetings with respect to deliverables and build the weekly status reports to be reviewed with leadership.
Perform detailed reviews on deliverables. Provide technical guidance to the team members.
Interact with onsite clients, coordinator and offshore infra-team, support team and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in RedHat Openshift with strong conceptual knowledge implementing development projects on cloud with RedHat Openshift.
Superior experience in designing, implementing, and delivering infrastructure on container platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
Experience with enterprise cloud solutions like Platform - as-a-Service (OpenShift by Red Hat), containers, Kubernetes, cloud management (Red Hat CloudForms), and IT automation (Ansible by Red Hat).
Experience with any enterprise middleware platform such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, RedHat JBoss.
Experience on Red hat Quay, Terraform & Vault Configuration.
Experience in estimating effort required for Modernizing and migration of applications / infrastructure on to cloud environments including but not limited to the Rehost, Refactor, Redesign, Retire, Retain, Replace
Understand the impacts of adapting different architectures and designs and present the same to all relevant stakeholders. Manage technical requirements while deciding on technical solutions.
Must be able to live, commute, or relocate to the Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ, or Mechanicsburg, PA area
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
Experience in troubleshooting firewall & network related problems on both on premise & cloud.
Experience working with AWS/RedHat OpenShift Infrastructure design, deployment, and operational support.
Experience with automation tools to streamline and standardize our cloud deployments like AWS Cloud formation, Helm Charts, Tekton, Terraform or Ansible.
Experience in setting up high availability OpenShift cluster and multi-cluster management.
Experience in pod autoscaling designs/strategies, CI-CD pipelines for building enterprise grade application build and deployment automation.
