Work you ll do
Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
Identifies key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and proposing solutions
Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and decision making
Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools
Manages work to work plans for components on engagements
May independently own a work stream, reviewing, and potentially directing the work of more junior staff
Develops solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts
Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals
Human Services Transformation
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.
6 years of experience with full-life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
4 years well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WCF, C# programming, CRM SDK and SQL
Building positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope;
Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, proposing a solution and negotiating a project proposal.
Strong experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations.
Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ area
Ability to travel up to 15 percent
A Bachelor's Degree
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
Functional and Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, web service programming, development and Application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the Internet
Experience in designing and deploying SSRS custom reports/Dashboards with Dynamics CRM.
Experience in Customizations/Configuration and CRM Deployment Manager.
Ideal candidates will have certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft development technologies or MS SQL Server administration;
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required;
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) to technical and non-technical audiences
