Work you ll do

As a Senior Solution Specialist in our Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on optimizing our clients learning experience by increasing learner centricity, operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and learning alignment with business strategy. In this role you will:

Act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with determining Digital Learning Strategies and instructional design best practices

Perform curriculum analysis, design, and rationalization

Develop learning transformation strategies and roadmap development

Lead teams tasked with executing the design, development and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new learning strategies

Build and maintain Learning Development Platforms

Develop training materials, including instructor-led, web-based, and virtual trainings, videos, job aids, instructor materials, and more

Monitor development timelines and oversee the completion of client-ready deliverables

Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve quality, efficiency and/for professional growth

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 8 years learning-related experience in consulting or industry

Minimum of 8 years experience supporting learning advisory projects and teams

Familiarity with common digital learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate

Demonstrated training material design, development and delivery experience

Background in Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE methodology, and Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to think creatively and conceptually

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities and to manage through ambiguity

Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through

Ability to work well with others in a team environment, usually virtual

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or equivalent field

Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZ area.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the future

Preferred:

MBA/Master's Degree

Experience using or supporting common Learning Development Platforms

Experience with video development tools (Vyond, Videoscribe, Adobe Premiere)

Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies
