The Deloitte Encore Program was specifically designed toenable professionals who have left the workforce for two or more years toreturn to work. This paid, fourteen-week program offers an opportunity toimprove your skills while providing you a role in a client service environment.A network of Deloitte professionals will be assigned to provide you withrelevant training and mentorship and will help support your professional growthwhile you gain hands-on experience. Working with diverse group of accomplished audit &assurance professionals, as a senior/in charge you will connect with clients tounderstand their business, the risks they face, their accounting processes andtheir internal controls. With a focus on quality, delivery and execution, yourresponsibilities include:
Audit client financial documents, transactions and internal controls over financial reporting
Perform data interrogation and analysis of client data bringing to bear artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation
Assist in identifying client process issues and recommending solutions
Implement Deloitte-way workflows
Oversee and develop staff
Review audit documentation prepared by staff
Organize work flow with field engagement teams
Meet professional expectations, develop industry proficiency to deliver exceptional audit quality and client service
You should be able to:
Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments or engagements
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for collaborating with teams, onsite and virtual
Demonstrate an understanding of broad business & technical accounting and auditing
Demonstrate experience working independently as well as a project team supervisor, team leader

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field
Needs to meet minimum requirements of 120 hours toward CPA eligibility before beginning full-time employment
At least three (3) years demonstrated public accounting or equivalent experience
Ability to travel on an exception-basis
Needs to be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Advanced degree in accounting or related field
Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm
Our US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culturewhere we work and live close to home with limited travel and predictable workschedules. Teams are comprised of professionals with technical and/oroperational expertise whose primary responsibilities are client servicedelivery and audit execution.
You will serve a portfolio of engagements, providingincreased knowledge sharing and collection of standard methodologies to be usedby engagement teams, resulting in deeper insights to our clients whilemaintaining high audit quality.
