Work You'll Do:

  • Support the deployment of enhancements to clients' ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms, which support their Human Capital operations

    • Support the process redesign efforts for HR transformation initiatives to include such activities as:
  • conducting current state assessments through stakeholder interviews

  • focus groups and process mapping

  • gathering requirements

  • designing and implementing solutions

  • Help organizations of all maturity levels develop efficient and effective service delivery models

  • Be in heavily client-facing opportunities while serving in a functional and business analyst competency

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts, offering ideas and identifying opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2 years of overall professional experience

  • 1 year of experience with at least 2 of the following:

  • stakeholder engagement & analysis

  • business process mapping

  • business process improvement

  • business process re-engineering (BPR)

  • functional support & requirements gathering

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice

Preferred:

  • Federal human resources (federal HR)

  • HR transformation experience
