Deloitte Salesforce Functional Lead in Foster City, California

Work you'll do

  • Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)

  • Oversee refinement of user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)

  • Coordinate and oversee sprint Reviews/Demos and UAT cycles with the client team

  • Support development and testing teams by answering questions on functionality, user story acceptance criteria, resolving impediments

  • Drive development and documentation of user stories

  • Engage with scrum teams to provide clarity around ongoing development work

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience

  • 2+ years of Functional Requirements gathering development experience

  • Salesforce experience

  • Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories

  • Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams

  • Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal

  • Agile Software Development Methodology experience

  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Limited Sponsorship

Pref erred:

  • Agile Project Management

  • SDLC Scrum Process knowledge

  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience

  • Salesforce Certifications

  • derstanding Force.com, Communities, Service Cloud

  • Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design

  • Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

  • Client management experience

  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations
