Deloitte Software Development Team Lead (TS/SCI + Polygraph required) in Fort Meade, Maryland
We're seeking a highly motivated Development Team Lead to lead a team of automation developers. The individual should have experience working as a software developer, good leadership and organizational skills, strong core consulting skills, experience with project management, and experience as a member of an Agile project team across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The position will be actively developing automations, but also leading and architecting all the solutions the team is developing.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Effective Communications and Collaborative Leadership
Ability to innovate and bring creative ideas to solve a problem
Accountability and Attention to Detail
Preferred:
Ability to solve complex problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent with technology change
Experience working with programming languages like VB.Net, C#, Python, or PowerShell
Experience working with Leverage cloud platforms (such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) to optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Experience working with software automation (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Experience working with workflow management solutions (such as ServiceNow, Pega, Appian)
Data Analysis and Visualization
Experience with Agile Project Management
