Work you'll do

  • Provide facilitation, job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed.

  • Play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in employee engagement, survey design and administration, training, and career and performance management

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI/Polygraph security clearance required

  • Minimum of 4 years providing facilitation, job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation, and survey design and analysis services

  • Experience with providing performance management and training support

  • Must have excellent client facing skills as you will be interacting with clients regularly and should show the ability to learn about client needs, goals, target markets, ideas, and challenges

  • Experience with business process analysis

  • Travel up to 25%

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or higher

  • Some consulting experience

  • Experience with statistical analysis using SPSS statistical software is a plus

  • Experience in areas such as job analysis techniques, competency modeling, process improvement, career management, and change management

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Project management, self-management and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience working with federal government agencies a plus
