Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Forensics and Investigations group, in the role of a FOIA Document Analyst, you will:
Assist federal agency with responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests.
Exercise discretion and judgment to determine whether records are responsive to FOIA requests and identify and redact information which is protected by FOIA.
Track and manage FOIA requests from receipt to production in an electronic case management system.
Prepare correspondence with requestors and prepare the final document packages.
Work independently and be accustomed to effectively and efficiently working at a high-performance level with minimal input from program leadership.
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
Work as part of a team and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
Use professional oral and written communication skills

Ability to maintain the required clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Three (3) years of general work experience and one (1) year of experience processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or litigation-related document review requests; either at the federal service or equivalent public or private sector
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust tier IV - high risk background investigation security clearance for this role
Experience/familiarity with following FOIA and PA tools:
Experience using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
