Work you ll do As a Project Delivery Specialist II in the Strategy & Operations group you will: Apply best practices in functional areas related to Implementation and Operations ManagementMaintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams while providing instructional guidance to more junior professionalsProvide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Financial Operations, Supply Chain, and Project and Acquisition ManagementPerform analysis to diagnose client issues as well as the assessment of client issue analyses performed by more junior personnelExecute a portion of the project scope, and provide strong subject matter expertise to the tasks or workstreams you supportDemonstrate a strong understanding of the client environment and overall project scopeCollaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of organizations mission, strategic goals, and customer needs which begins at the strategic level and progresses down through the stakeholder organization.Facilitate Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engages stakeholder organizations to fully define the processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations.
