Deloitte Application Team Lead with TS/SCI in Fort Meade, Maryland

Work you'll do
Communicates with clients about their needs, coordinates with developers, and evaluates products to ensure proper function
Assists the Program Manager to ensure all application sustainment, development, and enhancements efforts move together to meet established goals and objectives.
Main point of contact for the development of major features and implementations, including helping the design of those features.
Gather and document requirements by coordinating with clients
Lead the application team, helping to ensure the successful sustainment, development, and enhancement of applications
Collaborate frequently with engineers, developers, and administrators and will expect them to provide insightful feedback on the process, architecture, implementation, and quality of the product

Qualifications
Required:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, OR 10 or more years of comparable work experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
Must have an active TS/SCI
Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
The Application Team Leader must have experience working with an Agile development process
Experience within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense
Soft skills include communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking
Experience with leading teams, managing schedules, providing updates, communicating with clients about their needs and meeting with other developers as needed
Knowledge of software vendor licensing rules and terms
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
Preferred:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
