Deloitte GPS Operations Transformation - Organizational Transformation Analyst in Falls Church, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Support a large-scale organizational redesign and transformation to improve healthcare access, delivery, and quality.

  • The Analyst will have cross-functional opportunities including policy development, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational design, governance design, leadership workshop/tabletop exercise planning and execution, and program management, change management.

  • Interested candidates should have strong organizational skills, have experience speaking and presenting to large groups, be comfortable tracking multiple tasks simultaneously, and be familiar with or be interested in healthcare strategy and operations.

  • This project is highly client facing with regular opportunities to engage with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 65% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
