Work you’ll do
We are seeking support to deliver strategic and programmatic support for a client's Facilities and Environmental group as the client navigates major organizational and system transitions. This role will provide dedicated support for the following activities:
Support program management of the Real Property, Military Construction, Transportation, Energy, and Facilities Sustainment programs.
Support inventory management, tracking, and reporting for above-mentioned programs
Design and facilitate strategic workshops
Regularly attend and facilitate meeting with clients and their working groups
Effectively and efficiently execute on quick turn tasks for client leadership
Provide oversight, management, maintenance, and reconciliation of property and inventory management cards; and provide clear and frequent reporting on these activities to the client
Develop and deliver facility system trainings
Analyze and visualize facility data
Develop and execute business process improvement initiatives
Ad hoc administrative tasks, as required
Finance & Enterprise Performance
Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
3 year of relevant consulting or industry experience in facilities and inventory management or strategic initiatives
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret Security Clearance for this role
Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Prior government facilities or real estate exposure
Ability to analyize and interpret facilities data
Experience supporting program management activites such as project budget/status oversight
