Deloitte's Initiative for the Retention and Advancement of Women - the Women's Initiative or WIN - represents the ongoing commitment to women in the workplace. What you ll do
The WINning with Deloitte program will provide a mentoring experience designed to foster connections between top female talent and senior female client service professionals.
The program is a series of workshops with a focus on women in business, leadership skills, as well as networking and mentoring. Participants are expected to attend all sessions, which will take place from November 2017 to April 2018. Upon completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to interview for another Deloitte program.
