Senior Manager, Development Leader Tax Learning & Development

Work you ll do

Identify, build, manage, implement, and ensure successful adoption of learning and culture strategies, in support of or Tax-wide priorities. Partner with internal and external resources to align business strategy with learning and culture solutions to enable the Tax practice to grow. Manage day-to-day responsibilities focused on quality assurance and oversight of the entire design, development and implementation of learning and culture initiatives. Manage resources, scope, and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of strategy, programs, and processes.

The ideal candidate has experience working with business partners to accelerate business strategies through Talent Development solutions. This person is accountable for being a business thought partner in bringing innovation to the table to address the performance needs of the practice. This individual leads teams and actively participates in identifying or managing process improvement or redesign efforts, implementing technology solutions, developing and managing communications to key at all levels within the organization, and assisting stakeholders with change management activities to increase adoption. The ideal candidate also brings experiences designing and developing digital solutions, performance support tools and a proven ability to advise on and implement effective strategies and solutions.

  • Manage client relationships and work with business partners to address their business needs.

  • Consults and brings innovative talent development and culture strategies that helps the business attain results

  • Furthers TD digital footprint and agenda.

  • Serve as the single point of contact to various leaders/business, being the learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and culture solutions to achieve business goals

  • Manage a team of internal and/or external resources to design, build, and implement learning and culture strategies

  • Conduct needs assessments with client, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, lead design efforts, ensure quality delivery against the objectives aligned with business.

  • Manage and execute change management, stakeholder management and communication and campaign plans in collaboration with internal partners in the execution of standard learning strategies

  • Laser focused on adoption strategies for learning solutions, driving desired behavior in the business.

  • Leads the development of a learning and culture maturity model and roadmap to build and implement required capabilities

  • Leads the annual planning efforts and budget requirements to execute new learning and culture activities

  • Partners actively throughout the talent lifecycle to strategize, build and implement solutions to deepen Tax s development culture

  • Recommend appropriate delivery mechanisms (e.g., classroom, e-Learning, virtual classroom, performance support, blended learning) and leading-edge instructional design strategies based on defined learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level
