Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Detroit, MI and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, interpreting, and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Participating in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Evaluating clients technology needs, developing customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identifying and mitigating risks in process and technology for client engagements. Developing dashboard wireframes and designing requirements based on discussion with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations. Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Working across all phases of the project lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients in the automotive industry. Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using SAP, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and Lotus Notes. Using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP for the design and development of solutions. Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using SAP Solution Manager, HPQC, Microsoft Project, ARS Remedy, SharePoint, Service now, and Microsoft Outlook. Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks. Using the following relevant tools/technologies in the performance of project-related responsibilities: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP, and HPQC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Working across all phases of the project lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients in the automotive industry;

  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using SAP, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and Lotus Notes;

  • Using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP for the design and development of solutions;

  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using SAP Solution Manager, HPQC, Microsoft Project, ARS Remedy, SharePoint, Service now, and Microsoft Outlook;

  • Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;

  • Using the following relevant tools/technologies in the performance of project-related responsibilities: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP, and HPQC.

  • 80% travel required.
