Workyou ll do/Responsibilities

-{PS..2}->Map BusinessProcesses to SAP.

-{PS..3}->Conduct Blueprint/ Design workshops for one or more processes

-{PS..4}->Configurescenarios in relevant SAP modules.

-{PS..5}->Write FunctionalSpecification / Configuration documents.

-{PS..6}->Ability to peerreview documentation

-{PS..7}->Responsiblefor supporting and leading project tasks

-{PS..8}->Identifieskey drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions

-{PS..9}->Identifiesand solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment

-{PS..10}->Performsanalysis and effective diagnosis of clients issues

-{PS..11}->Selectsthe most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements

-{PS..12}->Developsand shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects

-{PS..13}->Understandsthe benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their applicationon a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methodsand tools

-{PS..14}->Asignificant contributor to work plans for components on engagements

-{PS..15}->Maylead a particular work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more juniorstaff

TheTeam

Our SAP team focuses on design,implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications andtechnology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latesttechnologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want toimprove their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, removeperformance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems andreimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAPS/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA PublicCloud) across the following capabilities:

Finance

Supply Chain

Customer and Sales Operations

Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, DataManagement and Analytics)

Qualifications

Required

-{PS..19}->Local or willingto relocate to Detroit, MI

-{PS..20}->4-10 yearsindustry/consulting hands on work in SAP ABAP Development

-{PS..21}->Full life cycleproject implementation and configuration experience

-{PS..22}->Hands-on SAPprogramming experience in the following areas:

o -{PS..23}->ABAP technicalskills

o -{PS..24}->S/4 HANA

o -{PS..25}->BRF

o -{PS..26}->WebDynpro ABAP

o -{PS..27}->Workflow includingunderstanding of software development principles

-{PS..28}->Bachelor'sdegree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science,Software Engineering, or related IT discipline

-{PS..29}->Strongcommunication skills, both written and oral

-{PS..30}->Excellentteamwork and interpersonal skills

-{PS..31}->Needs to be astrong addition to working teams
