Recruitment Brand Manager
Location: Detroit,Chicago, Stamford, or Parsippany
As arecruitment brand manager, you ll lead the development and execution of recruitmentbrand and marketing programs to support the business hiring needs. You ll providestrategic guidance and brand support to leadership and recruiting and sourcingprofessionals through a wide range of marketing activities that strengthen therelationship between recruiters and target candidates. Excellent strategicthinking, project management, communication skills and marketing experiencewill be critical to success in this role.
Work you ll do :
Understandand counsel/guide stakeholders and others on the Deloitte master brand, visualidentity, brand personality and more to ensure alignment and protection of ourbrand.
Understandand counsel on the competitive talent landscape from the lens of traditionaltalent competitors such as the other members of the Big Four to emerging andwell-established technology companies such as: Facebook, Apple, Amazon,Netflix, Google and others.
Collaboratewith internal stakeholders in the US to develop and execute the recruitmentbrand strategy and plan in support of campus and experienced hire recruitingefforts.
Driveactivities that support the promotion of Deloitte s brand and employer valueproposition through social media, print, on campus/face-to-face recruitingevents and activities.
Leademployer branding campaigns from concept generation to execution, includingcollateral development, event promotion and communications.
Coordinatewith internal stakeholders to develop an activity calendar for the fiscal yearand ensure delivery as per the plan.
Drivecontent generation and delivery through a variety of digital tools andchannels, such as the careers site, social media, and Zoomforth.
Continuouslyrefine recruiting collateral to support career fairs, forums, and other campusand experienced hire recruiting events.
Continuallyscan the talent marketplace for best practices, innovative tools and newapproaches to recruitment brand that are emerging in the US and globally. Additionally,identify creative approaches to expand Deloitte s online presence on various careerweb sites.
