The iLab, short for Innovation Lab, is the leading edge, product development center for Deloitte Consulting LLP s Products & Solutions practice that houses prototyping, development and maintenance capabilities for a product portfolio that spans multiple software technologies including wearables, machine learning, advanced analytics, social/mobile, and more. Our iLab team is responsible for designing and developing innovative products that not only augment our leading services practice, but strike at the heart of our clients' business needs.

Work you ll do
The Professional Services Lead is a key role in the success of Products & Solutions, bringing delivery leadership to a growing business. The role will be primarily responsible for partnering with the Consulting, Tax and Audit client teams to integrate their assets onto the P&S platform and oversee the delivery of the asset to the marketplace. The role also includes interacting with other groups within P&S to assist with successfully delivering the asset to the market: Sales Engineer, Pricing, Product Management, Infrastructure, Customer Support as well as enabling groups within the firm such as QRM and Corporate Legal. The role includes supporting services revenue growth within P&S. We are seeking someone who has experience delivering large technology projects, helping set the strategic direction of our delivery capabilities, pricing out delivery deals, interacting with executive clients and sponsors, managing day-to-day activities of the team, providing input and guidance into the staffing process, and has a strong understanding of how Deloitte works.
Bachelor s degree
10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
10 years of client delivery experience with large scale technology implementations
Strong client relationship skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects
Experience managing project scope and delivering against defined milestones
Strong executive presence and a collaborative leadership style
Experience mitigating and remediating risk factors and proposing solutions based on best practices.
Excellent articulation, communication and strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability towards driving business process improvement initiatives
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/assignments
Experience working in a virtual environment with a multi-location team
Location: major East Coast cities
