Description

We re looking for an innovative and proactive self-starter to join our Marketing and Communications team, to help us drive success in Deloitte s Sponsorship Center of Excellence. As part of US Brand, the Sponsorship COE oversees a portfolio of firm-approved national sponsorship relationships, building programs to promote Deloitte across properties and strengthening our brand with external and internal audiences. In this role, this individual will oversee all local office strategy & execution of our sponsorship programming. This will include identifying and building relationships with local office leadership and marketing, developing a network of practitioners to help promote and activate against our sponsorships, and creating impactful communications (digital, social, email, etc.) to position the sponsorships. He or she also will work with internal and external agencies to drive development of creative collateral to promote each property across marketing and social channels. Qualified applicants will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, sponsorships or relationship development.

Work you ll do

  • Develop overarching strategy for local office sponsorship engagement, including setting goals, developing a network, and running communications and events

  • Manage outreach and track invitations for local events, including working with internal marketing groups to secure merchandise and create collateral as needed

  • Oversee practitioner-focused initiatives across sponsorships, strategizing and implementing creative ways to drive engagement in conjunction with internal groups such as Corporate Citizenship, Talent, Green Dot Golf/ Tennis Clubs

  • Work with sponsorship managers to execute ongoing, coordinated socialization and promotion of local sponsorship events, through internal (email outreach, DNet, newsletters, etc.) and external channels (D.com, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

  • Ensure clear, consistent representation of sponsorship themes and brand design in physical and digital collateral

  • Design and implement approach to track / assess ROI of local office engagement around sponsorships, in coordination with national impact analysis

Skills and Competencies:

  • Marketing or client account professional with experience building and owning senior-level relationships

  • Understanding of how to create / execute coordinated campaigns and events across digital and physical channels

  • Comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; able to manage multiple threads of work

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
