Deloitte Global Sales & Solution Center - Architect (GPS) Sr. Manager/Specialist Leader - National_Office in Detroit, Michigan
The Deloitte Microsoft Technology Services Practice is looking to fill the role of Microsoft Global Sales and Solution Center Architect to join the Global Sales and Solution Center and help support key strategic client opportunities. The Microsoft GSSC Architect is a full-time role. The role will consist of working as part of a group of architects and supporting team comprised of individuals from both Global Member Firms and a USi Shared services Team. The architect should have a deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, foundational knowledge across the M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform suites. In addition, the architect should have estimation and solution shaping background and delivery experience leading teams. Experience working with internal practices at Deloitte is preferred. The GSSC will be responsible for coordinating with multiple groups to accelerate the strategic offering and capability development and provide a central support hub for pursuit architecture and project estimation support for Strategic Microsoft pursuits both within the U.S. and Globally.

Strategic Responsibilities
Contribute to vision and approach for Microsoft GSSC initiatives
Contribute to Microsoft GSSC roadmap and multiple parallel initiatives working with Microsoft CTO/Chief Architect and practice leadership
Lead and drive Azure / Microsoft pursuit commercial and deal shaping support to sectors
Establish and foster trust between Deloitte and clients supporting Azure/Microsoft pursuits &engagements from offering portfolios as needed
Determine assets and enablers required to differentiate Deloitte in the market from both a technology and industry innovation lens. Develop investment requests and drive execution
Engage and help architect Operate capabilities with strategic Microsoft opportunities
Integrate process optimization and innovative efforts. Define and promote best practices for Microsoft capabilities. Familiarity with Agile process in ADO and SAFe agile processes.
Contribute to evolving strategies around centralized shared asset creation & collaboration through "Inner Source" initiatives and approaches via Modern delivery methods
Help drive delivery and process maturity within the practice. Evangelize awareness around what is permissible with Microsoft internally and externally.
Engage client teams in webinars to promote the objective use of Microsoft technologies in industry specific offerings
Tactical Responsibilities
Contribute to standardize pursuit delivery, estimating process, project delivery via templates, and Deloitte artifact standards primarily focused within Government and Public Services (GPS)
Gain an in depth and thorough understanding of Microsoft Independence to provide direction to pursuit teams around what is and is not permissible
Drive creation of estimates, pricing models, and commercial deal constructs for pursuit engagements in a consistent repeatable manner.
Microsoft GSSC Collaboration - Coordinate w/ Other Practices / Ecosystems (e.g. SAP, Analytics, Cyber) - support for joint/complex solutions and key deals as necessary
Leverage Modern Delivery tooling and processes using Azure DevOps (ADO) for support and tracking of strategic pursuits
Promote use of community shared document and code-based asset repositories
Drive, coordinate, contribute, and perform R&D initiatives within the practice where applicable. Utilize agile tooling and teaming to crowdsource the execution of GSSC initiatives.
Drive continuous process improvement of initiatives within the Microsoft GSSC
Interviewing and helping build cross functional teams consisting of resources functioning in a rotational manner
Global Microsoft Practice - support and collaborate. Help determine fit of business initiatives with Microsoft Platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related
Azure Experience - 5 or more years
Microsoft Experience - 10 or more years
M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform foundational knowledge
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances for the role
Preferred Qualifications
Deloitte Experience - 1 year - (Preferred)
Asset, Accelerator, or Solution development experience -(Preferred)
Azure Architect Certified - (Preferred)
Strong Team mgmt./ experience beyond technical
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $184,500 to $307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
