As a Business Solution Analysis Associate, you ll have the opportunity to analyze large and disparate data to assist clients and their legal counsel understand the facts and allegations of commercial investigations and complex litigation.
Work you ll do
Deloitte s managed review team assists organizations and their legal counsel by helping to improve the overall document review process by managing Deloitte document review associates and contract document reviewers. Our focus is on streamlining the review, improving accuracy, and creating cost savings through leading practices and workflows such as data culling, the use of predictive coding and other analytics, and providing real-time reporting.
In addition, as part of a managed review, our experienced team of professionals can provide consultative support to outside counsel regarding quality control work flows, privilege logs, and document chronologies and synopses.
Our Business Solution Analysis Associates deliver managed review services to world class clients. Responsibilities include compiling, analyzing, documenting, and designing the scope of work for various matters including litigation, investigations, regulatory compliance, and contract lifecycle management. Under the supervision of our client s legal counsel, Associates conduct quality control, perform privilege log review, and oversee contract document reviews and Deloitte Project Associates. Associates balance multiple projects and responsibilities, communicate engagement status to senior level team-members, and perform other tasks necessary to meet client needs.

Bachelors degree, JD required
Travel up to 100% may be required, depending on role and location
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred)
Knowledge of electronic discovery software including Relativity, HPeD/Introspect, Consilio, Brainspace, etc.
Technical experience in Litigation/Discovery
Ability to analyze legal documentation from a litigation perspective
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
