Deloitte Cyber Workday Security Senior Consultant in Detroit, Michigan

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant in our Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our Workday Cyber practice and will be responsible for delivering Workday security and internal controls implementations, assessments, and sustainment projects. Responsibilities will include assessment, design, implementation, and sustainment of Workday end user security, and/or leveraging controls and techniques to help our clients address Workday and broader cyber related risks. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks internal controls (including application security) that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Leverage Workday, third-party or other robotic automation tools to pro-actively monitor and detect security and control risks.

Qualifications
Required:
4+ years of security administration and/or internal controls experience
2+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, and deploying, and/or administering business and support roles for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Adaptive Planning, Prism and/or Extend
2+ years of experience in leading or participating in Workday security design workshops
2+ years of experience working with the business process, development and organization change management workstreams on the overall project delivery
2+ years of experience in building and updating Workday Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset and performing SOD risk analysis at user and group/role levels
1+ year of experience in administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday
1+ year of producing high level design document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required process logic
1+ year working with Security Event Management (SEM) technologies and processes, including rule sets, standard configurations, and security operations
1+ year of project, budget, and resource management
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
BA/BS Degree

Preferred:
Knowledge/experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Workday security and/or compliance tools
Knowledge/experience in Workday business process inherent configurable controls
Knowledge/experience in Workday audit
Experience in large and complex Workday implementations and/or administrations with multiple rollouts for countries/regions
Understand leading practices as it relates to Workday Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation
Knowledge/experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controls
Knowledge/experience in data protection tools and techniques
Knowledge/experience in identity access management tools
Knowledge/experience in cloud security and cloud migrations
Knowledge/experience in broader cyber security topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA; Workday certification, e.g., HCM, Finance, Integration desired
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,659 - $207,763.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
