Job Summary

Provide functional support, maintain, and continuously improve methods and tools aligned to the Project Management solution. Collaborate with Stakeholders and support overall deployment activities for the solution, from planning to go-live and post production support.

Work You ll Do

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise on project and program management method and tools:

  • Ability to stay updated on marketplace trends, raise improvement opportunities, and drive adoption in the practice

  • Collaborate with Service Line Liaisons to address concerns and gather feedback on tool enhancements/improvements

  • Identify opportunities for training material updates based on functional releases in the tool

  • Provide functional expertise and support for project management tools:

  • Defining requirements, designing processes, conducting fit/gap/manual analysis, creating functional specifications, configuring, executing functional testing, participating in cut-over, stabilizing the post go-live environment

  • Responsible for performing quality assurance and control activities as defined in the quality management plan, including being aware of known issues and staying current with the application vendors knowledge boards.

  • Perform operational tasks related to product monitoring and lifecycle management, such as producing metrics, maintaining distribution lists, and archiving content

  • Continuously improve solution offering including support and training materials:

  • Provide level 2 support to practitioners

  • Work with CMT Support team to create, update and maintain knowledge base and support documents

  • Build and engage practice to solicit and collect feedback, manage feedback items, and enhance solution materials

  • Develop guidance documentation and support materials

  • Collaborate across teams: including working with communications team to produce new content, training coaching resources on solution, and executing PM solution enhancements driven by practice and collaborating with Service Line Liaisons

What You'll Bring to the Table

Required:

  • Strong communicator with the ability to facilitate feedback gathering

  • Working knowledge of agile and traditional (waterfall) methodology and concepts

  • Working knowledge of software functional design and testing

  • Professionalism and executive presence

  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction

  • Experience working in a virtual and Global environment

  • Ability to manage many different tasks and conflicting priorities

  • Process-oriented with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly

  • Possess great attention to detail and produces high quality deliverables

  • Strong MS Office skills; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience with project and portfolio management software such as Micro Focus Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Manager, and Octane

  • Experience in technology consulting

  • PMP certification
