Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Process Automation(PA) team is looking for lead automation analyst in a client facing role with good knowledge on RPA tools and US health care systems, programming knowledge in C#.net framework is desirable, team size of 15 with a role as an individual contributor and opportunity to lead the team down the line in future, work with a global team across shores, work on multiple projects.
Lead and manage RPA projects independently
Good project management experience with ability to lead multiple projects effectively once without any client escalations
Collaborates in team environments and independently with vendors, business partners and IT teams on projects, support, application development and standardization
Collaborates with business and facility leadership on development of application standardization
Plans and leads the design, testing, documenting, and implementation of new processes.
Gathers technical requirements by working closely with the client team.
Uses problem-solving and analytical skills to plan, design, implement, upgrade and support existing processes.
Provide support for existing automation processes.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Experience working with Robotic Process Automation tools
Project Management skills
Experience in programming concepts, application development, and software development life cycle processes and methodologies
Experience in providing Level 2 and 3 production support
Technical and functional requirements gathering experience
Good knowledge of c#.net framework and SQL server

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
2+ years of with any RPA Tools and technology
3+ years of experience in C#, .Net programming, and SQL server management studio
Experience in healthcare operations, and healthcare IT setting is preferred
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $118,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
