Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory Solution Delivery Analyst - Digital Identity Managed Services

Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leverage Deloitte's IAM Methods 2.0 methodology to help clients control which employees, customers, partners, and suppliers access sensitive corporate resources, and streamline the process of managing the explosion in "digital identities."

Work you'll do

As a Solution Delivery Analyst in Digital Identity you will:

  • Learn to manage and operate one or more industry leading Digital Identity applications like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Thycotic, Active Directory, and more

  • Resolve end user issues that the Client's Help Desk does not have the access or skill to resolve

  • Keep the solutions current by integrating new applications, updating workflows, updating configurations, and managing software upgrades

  • Demonstrate understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards

  • Leverage monitoring and alerting software like CloudWatch to enable the quick notification of system issues and allow our team to address state of health issues quickly

  • Follow and improve internal controls which mitigate risks

  • Understand business and information technology management processes

  • Manage and Operate, Develop, implement, or architect information systems

  • Integrate identity management, access management, and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications.

  • Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.

  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

  • Understand disaster recovery (DR) solutions and perform DR tests.

  • Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated leadership and strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Operational support and end use problem resolution

  • Integrate the use of innovative Deloitte tools and software into Client Solutions

Qualifications

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology or related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or above)

  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, scripting language

  • Desire to pursue the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA

  • Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

  • Single Sign On

  • Identity Federation

  • Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, name space and replication topology experience

  • Resource provisioning
