This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte s health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte s Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.
The Talent Temporary Workforce (TTW) program provides opportunities for Deloitte Talent alumni to expand their skills and networks by taking on roles within Talent for a defined length of time to cover a leave of absence.

Typical assignment length is 4-6 months
TTW assignments should not be less than 4 months and should not exceed 12 months.

Work you ll do
As a Manager, you will actively lead projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities within our Development Center of Excellence. Reporting to Development COE Leadership, your responsibilities may include:
Lead the design, development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new learning and capability development to support Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge need to grow the organization
Develop and execute a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Development COE Leader, Shared Services and business leaders and managers
Lead project teams and resources to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes
Build, manage and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers
Provide functional area expertise to identify, research and resolve complex problems
The Development COE delivers business-focused, efficient and innovative learning and development programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to help our professionals best serve at every stage of their career.
