As a Manager within our Real Estate & Location Strategy team, you will:

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

  • Lead team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

  • Prepare and conduct client interview and design workshops for technology and business process enhancement

  • Manage development of project deliverables as required including: Functional requirements, As-is and to-be process flows, Current and future state technology diagrams, Functional design documents, Use cases & test cases, Test and training plans, Traceability matrices, Training materials

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and manage leadership relationships throughout engagements. This includes reporting directly to executive steering committees for program status, risks, and/or changes.

  • Liaise between clients and the technical team to interpret and ensure that business requirements are accurately reflected in the solution

  • Lead proposal development, as requested

Our Real Estate & Location Strategy team works as trusted advisors to Corporate Real Estate leaders, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop corporate real estate strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve real estate portfolio cost and performance, and create impacts within their organizations' workplace and culture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 12+ years' ServiceNow implementation experience or 8+ years' Nuvolo experience

  • 8+ full-lifecycle implementations

  • Experience managing teams of 4+ resources through design, development, and/or operations of complex technology environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems

  • Travel 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred:

  • JavaScript Programming

  • Data mapping and data migration in ERP/IWMS Implementations

  • ServiceNow certification in one or more areas

  • Good understanding of multiple ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, maintenance & operations, capital projects, or space management

  • Advanced Degree

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $185,000 to $309,000.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
