Work you'll do
Design and implement training for Oracle Cloud financial services
Develop instructional material to teach technical and non-technical personnel the use of Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM
Lead training courses using available technology and resources to accommodate and engage participants.
Train learners in the appropriate use of financial tasks in Oracle Cloud enterprise systems
Oversee and develop all aspects of the training life cycle: form a training strategy, needs assessment, curriculum design, content development and delivery plan, and success metrics/KPIs
Create learning materials, data sets for sandboxes, and other relevant financial systems training resources
Partner with change management consulting team to maximize Oracle Cloud system adoption
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Manage client relationships and review junior practitioner contributions, as requested
Create and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables including but not limited to slide decks, roadmaps, social media account management, organizational design, workforce analytics and evaluation, and more

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Bachelor's degree required
5 years of professional work experience related to instructional design and Oracle cloud products
2 years of experience conducting training using adult learning principles
2 years of experience training end users in Oracle Cloud Financial Solution
2 years of experience consulting for large scale corporate or government clients
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 25%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Familiarity with state/local government accounting, financial, budget and grant training
Experience related to instructional design, preferably on a corporate-level or large-scale systems implementation projects
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $180,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
