Hybris Technical Consultant

DeloitteDigital offers services that enable client solutions using digitaltechnologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy,Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clientsto advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions. Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to onlinemarketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer andBusiness-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internetsolutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for bothinternal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.

Workyou ll do

Actin a leadership role on client projects and for junior staff.

Helpdefine business requirements and process design (including scenario design andflow mapping).

Createfunctional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, trainingcoordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.

Helpclients define forward-looking business strategies related to digitaltransformations.

We implementand operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerceand marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creativelyfocused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digitalmarketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

Weserve our clients through the following types of work:

Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development

(web, mobile, social, physical)

eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations

Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions

Marketing analytics implementation and operations

Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution

Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution

Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerateresults

Required Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience): (Include tools,methodologies, processes)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States withoutthe need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Total 8 years of IT experience

At least 2-3 years experience in SAPHybris Development experience

Analysis, design and implementation ofbusiness requirements utilizing Hybris technologies and spring methodology inJava EE

Work with incident management teams toresolve production incidents/issues

Hybris hAC, hMC, eCommerce acceleratorsutilization

Type design and data model implementation

Experience developing highvolume/transaction J2EE applications: OO/AD, Java, Servlets, JSP Spring,SoapUI, Junit/Testing

Document design and write documented code

Participate in peer code and designreviews

Experience with Model-View-Controller(MVC) frameworks (Spring MVC)

Java Enterprise (JSP, Tomcat,JPA/Hibernate), Spring Framework (Core and MVC) and Web Services (includingSOA)

Good working knowledge of relationaldatabases

Good knowledge in data processing (SQL,XML)

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferably in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related ITdiscipline.

Total 8 years of IT experience

At least 2-3 years experience in SAPHybris Development experience

English: Fluent

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with onshore deliverymodel

Ability to quickly adapt to a changingenvironment

Ability to quickly learn new concepts andsoftware is necessary

Candidate should be a self-motivated,independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player

Strong communication skills, both writtenand oral

Passionate about building high-qualitysystems with software implementation best practices

Ability to multi-task & supportmultiple priorities

Strong Analytical and Problem-SolvingSkills

Excellent teamwork and interpersonalskills

Ability to handle multiple clients andmultiple team members with confidence.
