As a part of this team, you will enable differentiated and engaging experiences for our clients by piloting emerging technology and forging new partnerships. The team manages a portfolio of digital tools and technologies to drive collaboration and a wow! factor and strategically defines the next horizon for digital engagement.
Work you'll do
As a key member of the Next Gen Delivery team, the individual will play a role in engaging across the organization and with external partners to support the identification and implementation of new technologies and solutions to advance Experience Innovation and Deloitte Greenhouse experiences. The candidate will help manage high profile projects, support cross-functional teams, analyze technology trends, identify challenges, and advance new initiatives leveraging human-centered design and product development strategies.
This role will report to the Next Gen Delivery Technology Senior Manager.

Qualifications
5+ years relevant work experience in strategic roles such as management consulting, strategy, business development, product management/development, corporate innovation, or similar functions.
Experience with or interest in corporate innovation, emerging technology, and trends, including piloting creative approaches with technology solutions like Generative AI.
Experience in product or project management with strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects with a strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, and thriving in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
Experience managing risk and vendor management, including coordinating new vendor contracting and onboarding, on behalf of a large organization.
Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver results with attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation design skills, with the ability to communicate complex technology topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Effective collaborator, able to partner with key stakeholders both internally and externally to lead an integrated portfolio and drive the adoption of digital tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology topics for non-technical users.
Excels when working independently and in an ambiguous environment, proactively communicating and maintaining strong project management.
Curiosity and a passion for learning, research, and exploration.
Ability to multitask, manage, and effectively prioritize work across multiple streams.
Preferred experience working with startups and/or corporate innovation.
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work that you do and the teams you serve.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, including EMEA, India, and US when needed.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
