Deloitte GPS Lead Contracts Administrator in Denver, Colorado

GPS Lead ContractsAdministrator

  • Proactively provide support to thedevelopment, review, and negotiation of contracts, modifications, NDAs and TAsconsistent with company policies.

  • Independently identify risk factors in primesolicitation, Contractor proposal, Representations and Certificationssubmitted, Cost and Price Analysis findings, and Contractor Statement of Work. Informleadership of concerns and provides recommendations on risk mitigatingstrategies.

  • Assist in the development of negotiationstrategies. Implement purchasing, strategic sourcing, and subcontractstrategies.

  • Responsible for compliance and accuracy of thecontract s administration within assigned portfolio.

  • Act as an advisor to business leaders onprocurement matters in assigned portfolio and is in-tune with strategy andaccount objectives and priorities.

  • Ensure the timely reporting of contract dataentry into various systems and monitor data updates. Resolve discrepanciesrelated to subcontract documents and ensures data quality and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with other enabling areas toaddress procedural and complex contracts administration and proposalchallenges.

  • Review, recommend, and manage the preparationof various types of contracts.

  • Review procurement file documentation andensure compliance with regulations.

  • Develop and implement process improvementstrategies and provides training to account team as well as other GPSCprofessionals.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
