Work You llDo

Ourpractitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects coveringthe entire lifecycle from planning through to design, development and thedeployment of solutions. These project teams will often include leaders andspecialists from other business and technical disciplines from within theconsulting practice and from our clients. A focus on team work is thereforecritical. As a Flexible Consumption Model Solution Architect Senior Manager,you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise todeliver effective solutions to clients. As a Chief Architect, your mainresponsibility will be to architect, design and develop end-to-end solution toenable complex subscription models. You will interact daily with key businessand IT executives and lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementationactivities

Responsibilitieswill include:

  • Client Management : Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

  • Planning & Delivery Management : Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

  • Business Development : Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

  • People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

  • Eminence Development : Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

  • Business strategy at : Overall business strategy to drive flexible consumption-based business models for the organization

  • Business model at : Clear definition and alignment on what is sold, to whom, and how

  • Business capabilities at : Enabling processes and policies to support the target business model

  • Operating model: Based on new set of business capabilities defining the right structure for organizing them to optimally deliver a company s offerings to the marketplace

  • Technology platform: Strategic automation of processes for efficiency via a technology platformapplications, infrastructure, data, integration, and security



  • 10 years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience as a Solution Architect delivering moderate to complex platform, ERP, subscription billing and revenue management solutions

  • Extensive experience in leading Lead-To-Cash architecture assessment and developing a roadmap based on business strategy

  • Must have experience leading multiple complex full-cycle business transformations including leading clients and consulting staff through end-to-end solution architecture design and implementation

  • Experience in designing solution blueprints for one or more of key solution stacks Oracle BRM, SAP Hybris, Amdocs, Ericsson, Aria Systems, Zuora, and GoTransverse

  • Knowledge of major Enterprise Architecture frameworks e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF

  • Knowledge and application of key architecture governance models, assessment methodology, underlying tools, and supporting processes (e.g. architecture approval, architecture change control, architecture's role in project and standards oversight).

  • Review functional and technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, guidelines and leverages leading practices

  • Experience in business requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design, analytics and implementation

  • Must have experience successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, with team sizes ranging from 15-20 resources.

  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities

  • Bachelor s Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience.

  • A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time (Monday Thursday/Friday)


  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Experience mentoring and coaching others

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred
