Manager, Finance and Administration (FA) Quality
Are you dedicated to enhancing quality and skilled in identifying and executing process improvements? Do you have an aptitude for writing and reviewing process documentation?
We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is well-versed in internal controls and has excellent communication and project management skills. As part of the Deloitte Finance and Administration (FA) Quality team, you will play a critical role in raising the bar for quality by working closely with key stakeholders to update, improve, and expand on FA s current inventory of process manuals and other related documentation.
Work you ll do
The FA Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and/or supporting the following activities:
Instituting and leading procedures for continuous maintenance of FA process documentation by applying knowledge of internal controls and working closely with FA Leadership, Process Owners, and other key stakeholders
Assisting with identifying quality risks and developing mitigation strategies and quality improvement plans
Teaming with all members of the FA Quality team, as well as the Quality Council
Contributing to overall quality initiatives and Firm priorities
