A Human Capital Strategy Analyst identifiesefficiencies to enhance organizationalperformance through innovative talent, leadership and change programs. Youwill also designs &develops integrated HR & talent management strategies, helpingclients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization & digital enablement.


Ourpractitioners will be able to maintain the specialization they have built todate in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues inthe market. We are committed to continuously supporting our practitioners asthey build skills in either one specific part of our business or across thebusiness our Portfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. Required Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree completed by Fall 2020 in these or related areas of study

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

Ability to travel 80-100%
