Success Factors Security Specialist

Work you’ll do

As the success Factors Security Specialist, you will be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Success Factors application security in line with strategic business objectives. You will need to understand the business security requirements & implement the security design accordingly. You will lead & build a capable security team that will be responsible for all aspects of Success Factors application security.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with channel and business leadership to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.

  • Integrate business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities (current and future) into vision and direction for all channel-related products.

  • Communicate development and production status and issues to management and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with PMO to prepare overall project schedule, milestones, tasks, and estimates.

  • Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects, to include ensuring that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented.

  • Collaborate with Business System Analysts (BSA) to analyze business and functional requirements that have an impact on business applications.

  • Lead teams distributed across different geographies.

Technology & Infrastructure

The Technology and Infrastructure Organization works together to transform how ITS deploys technologies and services to meet the dynamic needs of Deloitte professionals and help increase their productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience with Success Factors security design & implementation

  • Proven security expertise & troubleshooting skills

  • Proven experience with building & training a team to support large scale Success Factor implementation.

  • Experience with audit response

  • Experience with SAP application security will be preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions.

  • Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business/ user requirements and lead scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle.

  • Experience working directly with clients and providing consultation.

  • Ability to innovate & automate repetitive tasks

  • Solid project management and team leadership skills.

  • Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security Certifications CISSP, CISA or CISM
