Work you'll do
Perform internal control testing in compliance with SOX
Help with the planning of internal assessment programs
Work with project management and client personnel to identify key business controls
Assist with updating process documentation and internal control testing documentation
Participate in walkthroughs with client personnel
Assists with performing testing of internal controls
Assists with planning/implementation control remediating activities
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or another Business-related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Travel up to 15%
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and/or OMB Circular A-123 documentation, Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), testing and reporting requirements
• Understanding of testing and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
